Before reading the rest of this post just to clear things up, this will be my new year’s resolution regarding my web projects, studies and tech related plans. Don’t expect to read something like: “I will exercise more” and etc. kind of ideas. Just what I’m planning to do in the upcoming weeks and after January 1st of 2008!

This is a list of things need to be done before 2007 and some other that I’m planning to do on 2008! At least the planned ones. I’m sure most of the things that will happen tech-wise on my life will not even be mentioned here! So here i go!

Things to be done before 2007

  • Finish the development of my final year project. This is a web based application and soon it will go online to get some feedback.
  • Finish the development of another project I’m working on for the last 2 months.
  • Start using twitter more often with regular updates.
  • Hope for an unlocking solution for the iPhone - version 1.1.2 (Out of the Box)
  • Find the time to make a couple more posts.
  • Finish the ‘Golden Compass’ audiobook before watching it on the big screen.
  • Optimize my site a bit more to run faster. I already did some changes and made it 10KB lighter :P
  • Take more photos!

Things to be done in early 2008

  • Remove the google ads. I don’t get that much revenue anyway!
  • Incorporate twitter in this site. I have to fill in the extra space after google ads will be gone.
  • Make my final year project public for you to play with.
  • Work on another project I have in mind.
  • Apply for an MSc degree.
  • Take more photos!

Things to be done until the end of 2008

  • Academic: Finish my report on my final year project.
  • Academic: Graduate!
  • Buy a wide angle lens for my DSLR. Preferably the Sigma 15-30mm f/3.5-4.5 EX DG ASPHERICAL since the Canon ones are out of my price range.
  • Take even more photos!
