Just make sure you get one from the US directly cause it's much cheaper! 399USD plus taxes it's sure a good price for the device. Especially now where the US dollar is quite low. Also the 16GB was released a couple of days ago. As for unlocking, as of today 9th of Feb, 2008, ALL iPhones can be software unlocked. Even the new 16GB ones. It so easy to unlock one, I even guided a good friend of mine, <a href="http://www.celifornia.com/blog/2008/02/08/iphone-112-otb-software-unlocked-in-hungary/" rel="nofollow">Ben</a> , to unlock one by phone :P I think I helped in the first Hungarian iPhone unlock reported in the Internet :P Yeah it does worth getting one.
