Well flickr is full of these kind of shots. After a not so great shot I took last year, I decided to try again. This time though I had a plan (:

Strobist info: YN460 at 1/8th snotted behind subject. The colors came from a leaflet (used as a reflector) behind the subject. Bluish tint was achieved by changing the white balance on the camera.

PP: Minor sharp on the drops. Otherwise SOOC.
