Wordpress Plugin: wp-Define

Description:
wp-Define is a post manipulation plugin where you can add various definitions to the DB and then when a post contains these definitions it automatically replaces that with HTML’s <abbr> tag. The styling is customizable and the abbreviations are case sensitive.

Requirements:
The plugin was tested on Wordpress 2.2.2 and it should be working on older 2.1.x installations as well.

Installation:
Extract the zip file and upload the ‘wp-Define’ directory to the ‘plugins’ directory under ‘wp-content’. That’s it! You can find the configurations under the ‘Options’ menu.

Usage:
Add various definitions to the database from the “Definitions” Link on the “Options” section and thats all!

Example:
Here’s an example: …bla bla bla SQL bla bla bla…

Download:

This plugin doesn’t seem to work with wp 2.7.1
The fix that eddie-brown proposed in the previous comment doesn’t work. It looks like it is the manage_wp-define isn’t making it into the $allowed_files array.

This looks like it would be an awesome plugin. Are you planning to update?

@Kerry, I’m afraid this plugin reached the end of its life. The source code is available so anyone can take it and update it - feel free to do so by yourself (:
